Morgan puts people first, and he is always striving to make Health, Safety and Wellbeing more accessible by looking for solutions that are easier to implement and simple to follow. Warren has a background in operations management, organisation development, HR management, leadership and culture development. His expertise in safety performance improvement has been developed over two decades working with large and medium sized enterprises to help them define a pragmatic path to safety performance improvement.

His specialist areas of competence include serious injury and fatality exposure management, leadership development and behaviour change, safety governance and systems alignment, and the human factors associated with error and reliability.
