This is a webinar about how Annette Gray (a global leadership coach and change consultant) travelled with 88 other women in STEMM from around the world to Antarctica, as part of the Homeward Bound Women in STEMM leadership initiative during November this year.
Many lessons were learnt about how to support women to be more visible in having more of a voice around climate change. Hear how this group of women learnt about their own leadership style and how to change the way they lead to be more collaborative and inclusive around complex issues like climate change.
Annette will share her story about what made this voyage so special and unique where the focus for the 88 women involved from 19 countries learnt about complexity, design thinking, visibility, personal wellbeing, and a constructive way of leading. She will share personal stories about the wonderful transformation these women experienced including herself!

Annette is an experienced and insightful coach, facilitator and speaker on solution focus coaching and mentoring. Her passion is developing leaders, safety professionals and mentors to be more “coach-like” and taking a Solution Focused approach that will help them achieve change fast.
