Senior Advisor Work Health and Safety | Master Builders Queensland
Gary Hogg has a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and an Associate Diploma in Building. Prior to joining Master Builders, Gary worked in the construction, mining and oil and gas industries. He also has experience managing health and safety systems development and implementation, along with conducting audits and inspections overseas.
Gary has provided companies and the Qld WHS Regulator with operational and strategic HS services and advice. He is involved with health and safety training in asbestos, silica and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
He sits on Health Safety advisory committees both nationally and within the state.

Damian Hegarty is a Partner at HBA Legal and specialises in work health and safety matters. He is called upon to provide proactive advice and training and has considerable practical experience coordinating critical incident responses, defending charges against organisations and individuals for alleged breaches of the Work Health and Safety Act, and other similar legislation.
