Originally from France, Thibault is an engaging and dynamic facilitator who is driven by Sentis’ mission to change the lives of individuals and organisations for the better, every day. As a Principal Consultant, he works with high profile clients to create and deliver strategies for meaningful safety culture change. His experience spans industry, having worked with clients in agriculture, aviation, defence, engineering, health, manufacturing, mining and utilities, across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Middle East and the Asia Pacific. ​

Prior to joining Sentis, Thibault’s extensive experience in aviation management and operations has seen him work with people from more than 150 nationalities—so he understands the day-to-day challenges leaders face with managing a culturally and linguistically diverse workforce. Thibault is passionate about creating a common language for safety that transcends these barriers to drive personal motivation and sustainable safety culture change.
