Lena Wicha is an organisational behaviour specialist with a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in organisational psychology and a strong focus on work design and workplace wellbeing. She has more than 8 years’ experience in research, learning & development and the mental health sector.
Lena has worked as a consultant for international as well as local organisations and has delivered training and workshops to a range of clients from different industries, including corporate learning and development programs on work design, mental health, resilience, leadership, motivational psychology, effective communication, and stress management.
Lena is passionate about utilising the science of organisational psychology and positive psychology to create evidence-based strategies that result in healthier, happier, and higher-performing workplaces. Lena is part of the Collaboratory team at the Centre for Transformative Work Design, which is housed in the Future of Work Institute at Curtin University and aims to create industry impact through world-class research.
