Enhancements

• In Access Control, when applying hierarchy and/or group restrictions for a form, archived hierarchy values or groups are prevented from displaying in the drop down/s.  For groups or hierarchy values which have been archived after selection, an exclamation mark in red will be displayed next to them with a message warning that the group or hierarchy value is archived when hovering over the exclamation mark.
• Correct the audit log of Bowtie records to show the name of user who created them.

Support

• When a group is selected as the recipient in the “Send To” field with a different group selected in the “Copy To” field of the notification, prevent people belonging to both groups receiving duplicate emails.
• Correct error in record import which occurred when a form did not have any hierarchies and tree hierarchies were enabled for the schema.
• Ensure that RECORDLINKS which are configured as “clones” can be selected and attached to the parent record in the case when the source and target forms share the same caption for an OPTIONGROUP or COMBOBOX field and the default option configured for the OPTIONGROUP or COMBOBOX field in the source form is selected when creating a Source record.
• An issue with hierarchy access restrictions has been addressed. Previously, users who had a restriction to a dependent hierarchy were unable to save a record if the parent hierarchies were not included as a hierarchy access restriction.This has now been resolved, and users with a dependent hierarchy restriction will have access to all parent hierarchies, allowing records to be saved as expected.
• An issue has been addressed where records with removed attachments were unable to be exported in PDF format. Now, even if an attachment is removed from a record, it will still be possible to export the record as a PDF without any issues.
• The Archived Hierarchy Type will no longer appear when creating a new record.
• REST3 - Resolve issue of blank hierarchy values in records when records are submitted with names of hierarchy values that have since been changed.
• Dashboard – Fix issue of error experienced when loading a widget with a percentage calculation based on KPI values when the default KPI value in the widget configuration was set as null.
