• Fix incorrect behaviour of LABEL field which was applying a change to the text in one locale to all locales.
• An amendment has been made to the Rules engine so that conditions based on Risk Matrix fields will update records correctly.
• The configuration of the "Default Mandatory for New Forms" option of the hierarchy types in the Administration - Hierarchies tab was overriding the mandatory setting of the hierarchy type in forms thus causing incorrect results. For example, if the "Default Mandatory for New Forms" was not selected in the hierarchies tab for a particular hierarchy and that hierarchy was set as mandatory in the form, it would not appear as mandatory in the record. This has been corrected.
