Enhancements

• Changes have been implemented to support record links for scheduled record creation. A new option “copy linked records and users from template” has been provided in the Scheduled Record Editor and if checked, will add the linked records from the template to new records created by the scheduled record creation process.
• REST3 – Options in OPTION_BUILDER fields in records can now be flagged as archived when posting or updating records via REST3.

Support

• For RECORDLINK fields in a form with a record link type of "clone", when cloning the record, the system was creating missing options for dependent fields but failing to set the corresponding child values based on the parent form. This has been addressed so that the child values are correctly populated according to the parent field settings.
• When an active and archived “Affiliation” value of the same name existed, the archived value was being used when records for “Work Hours” were imported with via the Scheduler which then caused the records to be excluded when filtering on the affiliation in the record list. This has been resolved.
• Prevent error from occurring when a form is configured in such a way that a who user has the privileges to create a record, but does not have the privileges to edit the hierarchy values in the initial (“draft”) step of the workflow creates a record.
• Resolve issue of being unable to export a record to PDF if it had a LABEL field with table formatted data.
• Resolve issue of attachments not being sent with email notifications when the email template used for the email notification contains an attachment with “include record attachments” checked.
• REST3 – Remove case sensitivity for domain names in the usernames of SSO users.
• Correct null pointer error from occurring when creating a new form with no access control configured.
• Resolve issue of competencies with NULL for archived value not being available in the “Automatic Record Creation” tab.
